First of all, it is very important to visit a Dermatologist to have a diagnosis.
Then, if psoriasis is severe, I recommend to take a full shower twice daily, morning and night, during the first month, leaving soap on body for about 3 minutes.
If you have persistent spots, mainly in joint areas such as elbows and knees, it would be convenient to apply soap as if it were cream 3 times a day. If it is less severe, for example, it only shows in elbows, you can wash with the soap 3 times a day. If your problem is dandruff or greasy scalp, you need to wash your head twice a day.
For stria wash the area and remain with soap for 3 minutes.hen rinse.
My own experience respect PSORIASIS and that of other people is that results can be seen about the third week of continuous use of soap. I have not stopped using it but some persons have done so and they have experienced some relapse. As soon as they begin again using it the spots start fading away.
Other persons have felt some irritation in the skin mainly in their face if they expose to sun. White clothes might get stained when using the soap.
I have observed better results in persons over 40 years old, than in younger people, maybe because these are not so consistent, moreover, they say the soap smells somewhat awful or that stains clothes.
